Curriculum

We use Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) as our curriculum for many reasons. First, it integrates Biblical principles throughout. Secondly, it follows the Scope and Sequence for the State of Texas. And last but not least, it helps students with different learning abilities. If a student likes a challenge and wants to get ahead, the PACES (packets of ACE) give them that freedom. Many students graduate early due to the capability they have to set the speed in which they do the work. Plus, they have the option to test out of a PACE if they already know the material. On the other hand, if a student struggles in school, this curriculum has a lot of redundancy built into it which aids them in learning the material. Each core subject consists of 12  booklets per level. The scope and sequence of the PACEs is less concerned about the concept of grade levels but rather focuses on the students mastering a skill before moving on to the next one.
