Our school program operates from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
1. Welcome Message & Purpose
We are glad you have prayed through and chosen E3 Christian Academy. We count it a privilege to partner with you in the spiritual, physical, and emotional growth of your child. We are committed to providing a quality academic program within the context of a Biblical Worldview.
2. Statement of Faith & Core Values
We believe in one eternal, omniscient, omnipresent God who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. Our core values are Respect, Excellence, Honesty, Glorifying God, Unity, and Truth.
3. Code of Conduct & Four Basic Rules
E3 Christian Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for any bullying or violent behavior. We reserve the right to expel any student who displays this behavior. All students are expected to follow our four basic rules:

- Be a Team Player
4. Dress Code
Students must wear clothes that do not dishonor God in words or pictures. Outfits must fully cover underwear at all times. Please be mindful of modesty in all clothing choices.
5. Attendance & Tardy Policy
Students must be in their seats by 8:30 AM or they will be marked tardy. Three tardies equal one absence. Three absences due to tardiness will result in disciplinary action.
6. Student Arrival & Departure
Students cannot be dropped off unless an authorized adult is present. Pick-up is strictly at 3:00 PM. Written permission is required for anyone else picking up your child.
7. Technology & AI Policy
Cell phones brought to school must be turned in to teachers until the end of the day. Artificial Intelligence (AI) must not be used to do homework or write sentences/essays. Use of AI is considered cheating and plagiarism.
8. Illness & Health Rules
Children must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning to school. Children with severe illness symptoms, active/inactive lice, or diagnosed communicable diseases must remain home.
9. Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco
E3 Christian Academy is a strictly drug-free zone. Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are not permitted in buildings or on grounds at any time.
